AI assistant guides

Let your AI assistant read call transcripts and outcomes.

Once a campaign finishes, your AI assistant can pull every transcript, outcome and cost figure through the FoxEra connector — then answer questions like "who asked for a callback?" without you opening a dashboard.

Why let an assistant read your transcripts?

After an AI calling campaign, you have a batch of transcripts sitting in your account. Each one records what the AI agent said, what the prospect said, and the outcome — interested, not interested, asked for a callback, wrong number. Reading them one by one works for a handful of calls, but it slows you down when a campaign covers dozens or hundreds of leads.

An AI assistant connected to FoxEra can read every transcript in seconds. Instead of scrolling through a list, you ask a question and get the answer:

  • "Who said yes?" — a filtered list of warm leads with the key line from each conversation.
  • "What did the plumber in Leeds say?" — the full transcript for one specific call.
  • "How much did the campaign cost?" — total spend, average cost per connected minute, and a breakdown by outcome.

You spend your time on the leads that matter, not on admin.

How to connect your assistant

Your assistant needs access to FoxEra's MCP server. The connection URL is https://app.foxera.co.uk/mcp. If you use ChatGPT, follow the ChatGPT connection guide. If you use Claude, Cursor or another assistant, see the developer guide for setup instructions.

Once connected, the assistant can read your campaigns, leads, transcripts and outcomes. It cannot start a campaign or phone anyone without your explicit approval — the safety gate applies to every assistant, not just the dashboard.

What your assistant can pull from a finished campaign

After a campaign completes, the MCP server exposes:

  • Call outcomes — whether each lead answered, declined, asked for a callback, or was unreachable.
  • Full transcripts — the complete text of every conversation, turn by turn.
  • Cost per call — how many connected minutes each call used and what it cost, from 12p per connected minute.
  • Recordings — links to audio recordings you can listen to or have the assistant summarise.

You can ask your assistant to group the results however you like: by outcome, by region, by industry, or by anything mentioned in the conversation. For a deeper look at what transcripts reveal, read the guide on how to read a cold call transcript.

Useful questions to ask your assistant

Once the data is connected, try these:

  • "List everyone who asked for a callback, with the date they suggested."
  • "Summarise the three longest conversations." — longer calls often mean higher interest.
  • "Which leads mentioned a competitor by name?"
  • "What was the most common objection?" — useful for refining your calling script before the next campaign.
  • "Draft a follow-up email for everyone who said to call back next week."

The assistant reads the raw data and answers in plain language. You do not need to export anything or learn a query language.

Planning your next campaign from the results

The best use of transcript data is improving the next round. Ask your assistant to identify patterns: which industries responded best, which opening lines got the longest conversations, which time of day had the highest answer rate.

Then use those findings to adjust your lead list, your script, and your timing. You can build a follow-up sequence for warm leads and run a fresh campaign for the ones who did not answer. The assistant handles the analysis; you make the decisions.

If you are comparing AI calling to doing it yourself, the AI vs manual calling comparison shows where each approach works best.

Frequently asked questions

Which AI assistants can read FoxEra call transcripts?

Any assistant that supports MCP connectors or REST API calls. ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and custom-built agents all work. Connect at https://app.foxera.co.uk/mcp or use the REST API documented in the developer guide.

Can the assistant read transcripts while a campaign is still running?

Yes. The assistant can pull outcomes and transcripts for calls that have already completed, even if the campaign is still in progress. Results update as each call finishes.

Does reading transcripts through an assistant cost extra?

No. Reading your own data through the MCP server is free. You only pay for the calls themselves, from 12p per connected minute. New accounts start with £7 of free calling credit.
