FoxEra Calls — Terms of Service (version 2026-09-24.2)

FOXERA LTD (company number 16965121), United Kingdom. Version 2026-09-24.2 · fingerprint 391b5af4ecb1. This is the exact text customers accept when they create or sign in to a FoxEra Calls account. See also our Privacy Policy.

FoxEra Calls is operated by FOXERA LTD (company number 16965121), United Kingdom.

1. Your data, your responsibility

You confirm that every contact you upload, import or add to FoxEra Calls was collected lawfully and that you have the right to contact them by the channels you use. You are responsible for screening your own lists against any register that applies to your contacts (for UK numbers this includes the TPS/CTPS), and for honouring every opt-out.

2. Calling rules

Calls are placed only inside the calling hours you configure. Contacts who opt out are suppressed across every channel and must not be re-added.

3. The AI agent

Calls are made by an AI agent that confirms it is an AI whenever asked and never claims to be human. You approve the pitch before any campaign dials; what you approve is what is said on your behalf. If the law where the people you call live requires an AI to say so at the start of the call (for example the EU AI Act, from 2 August 2026), you are responsible for making your campaign meet it.

4. Charges

Calling and messaging are charged against your credit at the rates shown before you confirm. Campaigns show the estimated cost and the exact contact count before anything starts.

5. Fair use and suspension

FoxEra may pause campaigns that break these terms or applicable law, and will tell you when it does.

6. Your account and your contacts

Keep your sign-in details private. Deleting a contact never deletes your call history or anyone's opt-out record. There is no automatic self-serve export or delete button yet — email support and a person will action your request. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data and how long we keep it.

7. What we record about your use of FoxEra

We use a signed sign-in cookie to keep you logged in; we do not track your keystrokes, mouse movement, password or payment details. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limits on our liability

Our total liability to you, for any claim connected to your use of FoxEra Calls, is capped at the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or any indirect or knock-on losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it — for example, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

9. You cover us for your own use of the calling feature

If FoxEra faces a claim, fine or cost because of how you used the calling, messaging or AI features — including breaking PECR, UK GDPR, the TCPA or a similar rule elsewhere, calling someone you did not have the right to contact, or a script or pitch you approved — you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses. We will tell you promptly if this happens and let you lead the response, provided you do not admit fault or settle in a way that creates further obligations for us without asking us first.
