Why would you connect ChatGPT to your calling

You still make every decision that matters. ChatGPT is the interface you type into; FoxEra Calls does the dialling, records every conversation and logs the outcome. You read transcripts, listen to recordings and decide what to do next.
What you need before you start
A ChatGPT account on the Plus, Team or Enterprise plan. Custom connectors are not available on the free plan at the time of writing. You also need a FoxEra Calls account, which you can create in under a minute. New accounts start with pay-as-you-go calling and £7 of free credit. No developer is needed, no API key to manage, and nothing to install on your computer.
The three setup steps
- In ChatGPT, open Customize, then Connectors, then Add custom connector. Paste this URL: https://app.foxera.co.uk/mcp
- ChatGPT will redirect you to FoxEra Calls. Sign in with your FoxEra account (or create one on the spot).
- Press Allow. ChatGPT now has access to your calling workspace and nothing else.

What ChatGPT can do once connected
With the connector active, you can ask ChatGPT to handle most of the day-to-day calling tasks you would otherwise do inside the FoxEra dashboard:
- Check your account balance and credit
- Add leads one by one or upload an entire folder of contacts
- Choose which AI calling agent (Cass, Alex or Andrea) will make the calls
- Preview the campaign: how many people will be phoned, at what time, and the estimated cost
- Create and approve a campaign once you have checked the preview
- Read call outcomes, transcripts and recordings after the calls finish
- Set calling hours so calls only go out when you want them to
- Edit or approve the calling script your AI agent will follow
- Pull a report covering outcomes and cost, or get a link to top up credit

Nobody is phoned without your approval
FoxEra Calls enforces two checks before any call goes out. First, the exact number of people to be phoned must be confirmed. Second, a separate approval step must be completed. ChatGPT is told to show you these numbers and wait for your yes before it proceeds.
Every action ChatGPT takes is logged inside your FoxEra workspace, so you can see exactly what it did and when. You can revoke access at any time by removing the connector or changing your password.
