Your AI assistant can join your CRM to your calling, with no code.
FoxEra Calls has no built-in CRM connector, and it does not need one. Your AI assistant reads your CRM through that CRM's own plugin, adds contacts to FoxEra, and after your approval writes the results back.
The problem: your CRM and your calling are not joined
Most small businesses keep leads in a CRM such as HubSpot, Pipedrive or a spreadsheet, and run outreach from a separate tool. That means copying contacts between systems, updating outcomes by hand, and hoping nobody misses a follow-up. The result is duplicated work and notes that live in the wrong place.
What you actually want is simple: pick the contacts in your CRM, phone them, and have the results appear on the CRM record without typing anything twice.
How your AI assistant bridges the gap
Your AI assistant, whether it is ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or another tool, can connect to both your CRM and to FoxEra Calls at the same time. It reads your CRM through that CRM's own connector (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Notion and most popular CRMs already offer one). It connects to FoxEra Calls through FoxEra's MCP server, which takes three steps: add a custom connector, paste the server address, and sign in.
Once connected, you can say something like "pull the 40 leads tagged demo-requested from HubSpot and have Cass call them tomorrow at 10." The assistant reads your CRM, adds the contacts to FoxEra, and builds the campaign for you to review.
You still approve before anyone is phoned
FoxEra Calls requires the assistant to confirm the exact number of people who will be called and get a separate approval from you before the campaign starts. Your assistant will show you the headcount, estimated time and price, and wait for your yes. Nothing happens until you say so.
This is the same safety step that applies to every campaign, whether you set it up yourself or an assistant does it for you. Every action is logged, and you can revoke the assistant's access at any time.
What happens after the calls finish
Once a campaign finishes, every call has a transcript, a recording, and a clear outcome: interested, not interested, callback requested, or no answer. Your assistant can pull all of this from FoxEra and write it back into your CRM records. A contact who asked for a callback gets a note on their record. One who was not interested gets tagged so you do not phone them again.
You can also ask the assistant to summarise the results across the whole batch: "how many wanted a callback, and who were they?" See how to read a cold call transcript for what each outcome means.
No code, no middleware, no extra subscription
You are not paying for an integration platform or writing API code. The assistant does the work an integration would do, using the connectors each tool already provides. Connecting to FoxEra is free. You pay only for the calls themselves, from 12p per connected minute, and new accounts start with £7 of free credit.
If you already use an AI assistant for drafting emails or summarising notes, you are adding one more thing it can do, not buying another tool. Compare that to middleware platforms that charge a monthly fee just to move records between two systems.
Where to start
- Open your AI assistant and connect it to your CRM using that CRM's own plugin or connector.
- Add FoxEra Calls as a second connector. Follow the three-step guide at foxera.co.uk/developers.
- Ask the assistant to pull a small test batch from your CRM, add them to FoxEra and preview a campaign. Review the headcount and approve.
- After the calls finish, ask the assistant to fetch the outcomes and update your CRM records.
Start with 10 to 20 contacts so you can see the full loop before scaling up. See what your first campaign should aim for.
