What the setup actually looks like, step by step
Here is everything you do, in order:
- Create an account — sign up at foxera.co.uk with your email. You get £7 of free calling credit immediately.
- Add your leads — upload a spreadsheet of contacts (name, phone number, company) or type them in one by one.
- Write your pitch — describe your business and what you want the AI agent to say. You can edit this at any time.
- Choose your agent — pick Cass, Alex or Andrea. Each has a different voice.
- Preview the campaign — see how many people will be called, the estimated time, and the cost before anything happens.
- Approve and run — press the button. Nobody is phoned until you do.
- Review transcripts — read the full conversation from every call, listen to recordings, and follow up the warm leads yourself.
That is the entire process. No configuration files, no integrations to set up, no third-party tools required.
The optional developer route
If you are a developer, or you work with one, FoxEra Calls also offers a public API and MCP server. This lets you connect any AI assistant — ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, DeepSeek-based agents, n8n, Make, or your own code — to your FoxEra account.
Through the API or MCP connection, an assistant can add leads, choose the calling agent, preview a campaign, run it after you approve, read transcripts and outcomes, pull reports, and manage calling hours. The OpenAPI 3.1 specification is available for GPT Actions and similar integrations.
But this is entirely optional. The dashboard does everything the API does. The developer route exists for people who prefer to work through their AI assistant or want to automate parts of the workflow — it is not a requirement.
What about managing the calls themselves?
You do not need to monitor calls in real time. The AI agent handles the conversation, follows your script, and logs the outcome. After the campaign finishes, you get a list of every call with the transcript, the recording, and the result — who answered, what they said, and whether they were interested.
If you want to stop a campaign while it is running, you can do that from the dashboard with one click. You can also do it from your AI assistant if you have connected one. But there is no obligation to watch the calls as they happen.
How the pricing works without a contract
