Add a remote MCP server to Claude: web, Desktop and Code.
Claude supports remote MCP servers on all three surfaces. The same FoxEra URL works in each — connect once per surface and your AI assistant can manage outbound calling campaigns for you.
Before you start
You need two things: a Claude account (free or paid) and a FoxEra Calls account. If you do not have a FoxEra account yet, sign up free — new accounts get £7 of calling credit with no subscription required.
The URL you will use on every surface is the same: https://app.foxera.co.uk/mcp. Keep it handy.
Claude on the web (Connectors)
On claude.ai, click your profile icon, then Customize. Under Connectors, click Add connector and paste the FoxEra URL. Give it a name you will recognise — "FoxEra Calls" works fine.
Claude opens a sign-in window. Log in with your FoxEra credentials and click Allow on the permissions screen. Claude then loads the FoxEra tools and you can start asking it to add leads, preview campaigns and read transcripts.
Claude Desktop (Connectors)
Open Claude Desktop and go to Settings > Connectors. Click Add connector, paste the FoxEra URL and sign in when prompted. The Allow screen shows which tools the server exposes — review it and confirm.
Once connected, FoxEra tools appear in every new conversation. You can ask Claude Desktop to manage your campaigns the same way you would on the web. The connection persists until you remove it or change your FoxEra password.
Claude Code (claude mcp add)
In your terminal, run:
claude mcp add --transport http foxera https://app.foxera.co.uk/mcp
Claude Code stores the server in its configuration. The next time you start a session, it connects and prompts you to sign in if needed. After that, you can ask Claude Code to add leads, check campaign results or preview costs — all from the command line.
This is useful if you spend most of your day in the terminal and want to manage outreach without switching to a browser. The same FoxEra account and the same leads are accessible from the web and Desktop surfaces too.
What the Allow screen grants
When you connect for the first time, Claude shows an Allow screen listing the tools the server exposes. For FoxEra, these include adding leads, listing campaigns, previewing costs, reading transcripts and approving a campaign to start calling.
The Allow screen does not grant access to your password, billing details or account settings. It grants access only to the tools the server advertises. Every tool call is logged, and you can review the log in your FoxEra dashboard.

How to revoke access
To disconnect Claude from FoxEra, remove the connector in whichever surface you used:
- Web — go to Customize > Connectors and delete the FoxEra entry.
- Desktop — go to Settings > Connectors and remove it.
- Claude Code — run
claude mcp remove foxerain your terminal.
Removing the connector stops Claude from calling FoxEra tools. If you want to revoke access for all assistants at once — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, everything — change your FoxEra password. What to do once connected
With the connection live, try a small test. Ask Claude to add a couple of leads, then preview a campaign. You will see the headcount and the estimated cost before anything happens. No one is phoned until you explicitly approve.
When you are ready, approve the preview and let FoxEra's AI agents (Cass, Alex or Andrea) make the calls. Afterwards, ask Claude to read back the results — who answered, what they said, and who asked for a callback. Calls cost from 12p per connected minute with no subscription.
