Changelog
We ship most days. Here is every change you can see in the product, with the day it went live.
What we changed in FoxEra Calls, newest first, in plain English. Only changes that are live for customers are listed. Follow along with the blog feed.
Talk to an agent on foxera.co.uk
The homepage now has a carousel of our agents. Press play and talk to one in your browser for 60 seconds, with no account. If live voice is busy you hear a recorded sample instead.
A new layout: Pipeline first
The app opens on your Pipeline: everyone who showed interest on any channel, in stages from New to Won. Sections are grouped with tabs.
Every answered call is reviewed
About a minute after an answered outbound call ends, it gets a score out of 30, where it lost the person, long silences and talking over people. See it all under Call quality, or ask the chat how today’s calls went.
The company decides
One workspace can hold several companies. Each company now sets the agent, what is pitched, the script style and the language for its own contacts.
Shorter, better openings for Cass
Cass opens with one short line and lets the person answer, asks one question about how they handle things today, and asks for a next step by her fourth turn. She no longer asks for “a few seconds of your time”.
Learned from calls
After every answered call, what the person said about themselves (name, role, who decides, best time to call, a direct email) is saved on their record with the call it came from. The next call uses it and does not ask again.
The agent speaks the contact’s language
Calls start in the contact’s language, then the company’s, then the language of the number’s country. With no language set, Portuguese numbers are called in European Portuguese.
One call per contact per day
A contact is rung by at most one campaign per day. If two campaigns hold the same person, the second skips them and its report says so.
Several follow-ups in one message
Paste a numbered list of contacts with notes and call-back times into the chat. It finds each contact by phone number and saves them all with one Confirm.
Receptionist: one set of opening hours
Your weekly timetable is now the single source for opening hours: calls, emails, the chat and every screen use it.
Receptionist: run it from the chat
Customers who use only the Receptionist get their own chat to check calls, bookings and settings. Every change is previewed and needs your Confirm.
Android app
A native Android app for FoxEra Calls, signed in with the same account.
Warm calls
A new page lists everyone who showed interest, with the recording, summary and transcript. Call back, add a note or task, or mark them handled. A badge shows how many are open.
Routines
Next to Warm calls: every scheduled call, email and call-back in one list. Change the time, how many or how often, or cancel.
Receptionist: missed-call text-back and payment link
Optional and off until you switch it on: if a caller on a mobile hangs up without speaking, the receptionist can text them once (opt-outs and daily limits apply); and it can text a caller your own payment link.
Dark, light or automatic
Pick your own theme under Account. It follows you to any device.
Calling price: 21p per connected minute
One all-in rate for outbound calls, including the AI agent, dialling, transcription, CRM logging and recording.
Campaign report
Click a campaign for the full report: who was called and who was not (and why), outcomes, answer rate, cost, talk time and every call with its recording. CSV download included.
Receptionist: morning report
When there were calls, a summary arrives by email at 08:00 London time.
Text message campaigns
Send SMS campaigns to your contacts. Every text ends with a short STOP opt-out in the contact’s language; texts that are not delivered are refunded.
TPS and CTPS check
Request a check of an uploaded UK list against the TPS and CTPS (1.4p per UK number). UK numbers in the file are held from calling until the check is done.
A new look
The app and foxera.co.uk moved to the new design with the FoxEra Calls fox.
Opt-outs everywhere
Opted-out people are skipped across campaigns: a “don’t call me” on a call, a STOP reply or link in a text, and the unsubscribe link in an email.
The chat creates campaigns
Ask the chat to call or email a group of contacts. It shows a preview of exactly what will run; nothing happens until you press Confirm.
Use FoxEra from ChatGPT or Claude
A public API and an MCP connector let your AI assistant find leads, plan campaigns and read results, with the same approval rules as the app.
