Review the words, settings and limits before you confirm a change.
Voice and agent choice
Choose Cass or Andrea in the existing Setup. Language availability depends on the selected agent. Hear your agent uses your own verified mobile.
Website chat
Create an expiring, revocable website chat link with Cass or Andrea using only the public business facts you approve. Visitors cannot access private Calls records or run account actions. Julia integration is pending.
Optional auto top-up
Off by default. Preview your top-up amount, low-balance threshold and monthly cap, then authorise the card securely with Stripe. Changing these settings does not immediately buy credit. A payment whose result is uncertain needs attention before another automatic attempt.
Voicemail drop
Off by default. Confirm the exact short message and record first-hand permission for automated marketing for each eligible contact. The system requires a verified machine-end beep; changing the message does not place a call. Carrier acceptance testing is still pending.
On Android and in chat
These controls are also in the native Android app under Account → Calling options. Ask the in-app assistant about auto top-up, website chat or voicemail settings; actions still need an exact preview and your confirmation.
