Why our campaigns ring each contact only once a day

The safety limits on an AI caller are not settings to remember. They are part of the product.

Why the limits are the product

An automated caller can make a lot of calls quickly. That is exactly why it needs limits that nobody can forget to switch on. These are the ones FoxEra applies to every account, in every country.

The six limits

LimitWhat it means in practice
Nothing dials until you approveEvery new campaign waits for your approval. The chat shows a preview and a Confirm button; future times always become a scheduled campaign, never an immediate call.
One campaign call per contact per dayA contact is rung by at most one campaign per UK day. If two campaigns hold the same person, the second skips them and its report says why.
Opt-outsA “don’t call me” on a call stops further calls. Every text ends with a short STOP opt-out in the person’s language, and opening the link or replying STOP opts them out.
Calling hoursCalls run only inside the hours you set.
Calling countriesContacts outside your calling countries are skipped, not deleted, and the report says why.
Credit floorCampaigns respect your credit; the chat never spends without a Confirm showing the estimated cost.

What it costs you

Fewer calls than the machine could make. That is the trade: a contact who is rung twice in a day by two different campaigns does not become a customer; they become a complaint. Nothing is lost by the limit either: a skipped contact stays on the list and can be called tomorrow.

The rules behind it

UK and EU law already require most of this (screening, honouring objections, calling hours in Portugal). Our compliance checklist lists the sources.

What happens when someone says stop

  • On a call: the request is saved on the person’s record with the call it came from, and further calls to that number stop.
  • By text: replying STOP, or opening the short opt-out link, opts them out.
  • By email: the unsubscribe link in every email opts them out at once. An emailed “please stop” is flagged for you to read and act on.
  • Opted-out and do-not-call contacts are skipped by later campaigns.

Limits you set yourself

On top of the fixed limits you choose your calling hours and days, the pace (1 to 5 calls at a time) and the countries you call. The chat can change them for you, and like everything else it shows the change first and waits for your Confirm.
